    You might be best to just get another rack for it bud, I managed to get one for £40 earlier this year, it's a big job to change but if you go to Honda they will probably charge you an awful lot of money to tell you you need a new one and around £500 for a genuine one iirc.

    What you've achieved is nothing short of sensational, the thought, research, time, effort and expense that has gone in is unparalleled and I don't believe there is or will ever be another MB like it. I know that sounds a bit like a$$ kissing but it's just a recognition of the commitment put in, a truly fitting tribute and although unfortunately I never got to meet Dawn, from what I've read, I'm sure she would've loved it.

    MB6/MC2 springs have different rates due to engine weight etc. but are the same for all other M's iirc.

    That looks so much better bud, there's a lot of sh1te on that claybar though and you can see how dull the paint looked in the before photo. It takes time though, mine was quite dull and lacklustre when I got it, so much better now but do need to get rid of some of the worse scratches and stone chips though. I had the same problem as you with the tow bar also but you might be surprised the cut in the lip is not that noticeable until you get right up close.

    Resistor is a different problem, easy to change and there's a how to on here. As others have said, a good flush through with fresh coolant and worth changing the stat while it's empty before you start worrying about head gasket.

    No, tip needs to be bigger than that but depends what you're aiming for, I've got a 3" rolled out tail for an oem+ look. Iirc Toms burnt tip is 4".

    x2, 0.25" increase over original. De-chroming and de-badging is nicely done, I quite like it with the surround left silver. Nice beading, I like beading.

    If you're not going to use it for regular long runs, you'd be best off sticking with petrol.
