I bet it is, I remember the lift off oversteer I used to get in my R5 turbo got very scary in the wet.
-
Good idea, get more lows on 15's.

They're not quite the same, are they?

Or you could find one already here and avoiding paying any more money to those thieving cnuts.

Nice vtis deck that, and getting rarer by the day.

1.4 & 1.6 have slightly smaller diameter pipe, MC2 has a longer tailpipe than MB6 iirc. They do come up occasionally, try 10000rpm on here, he has had a couple of mc2's in for breaking.

^^ Weight transfer?? As you have none at the back. Stick a couple of bags of ballast in.

I think you need to find someone who knows what they're doing.

Well, it's at £1600 and still hasn't reached the reserve, that says everything, I mean how much parts value can there be in it. Actually read the ad today and this bit made me giggle: "This could possibly be the next feature car on Banzai Magazine, it is show standards, I’ve had it at wedding where its put brand new top end motor to shame... "

It's good to be different.

VTi lip. VTiS lip

Do not start your car with the red key it will wipe your ecu, immobiliser etc. New keys are programmed from the red one.
-
They will fit straight in, just make sure you get ones from a later model 99 onwards or you will need to change the fixings for the backrest and you won't have a 3 point rear centre belt. VTi seats also came in sport models.
-
Well I guess you can't please everybody but to me they suit your deck so well anything else would be criminal. Because of his comment my vote goes to the second option.

MGZS would definitely be the one to do, if you're going to do it. Prefer the civic front my self. As Dave said if you need to swap the slam panel and front panel that is going to be quite a lot of work.
-
If only somebody had thought of that earlier.

Sounds like a good day and the car is looking tasty.

Nice, the black lights do look good on a silver car.

Sounds like alternator, should sit at around 14 volts when running (14.4 is the ideal from memory). If you can get hold of one you know is good to swap in, that would be the best way to confirm.

I take it you've got them on the stiffest setting too to minimise the arch scrapage?
