This isn't a problem and an induction kit doesn't drastically change the fuel economy .. Its really cold ATM, which affects MPG quite a bit .. Its also massively down to driving style ..

Holy shite ! No I've never seen that either! Or even heard of it .. As above, there is a specific way it goes in, slightly to one side .. Also, could ignition timing have any thing to do with it as you've taken off and replaced the dizzy multiple times?

Ahhh spacers :( I hate them too .. Only had 5mm on mine when I put the dc2 wheels on and could feel them vibrating if you have to run them, I would suggest to get hubcentric ones .. Bit naff of the sellers to "assure" they fit .. I say that rotisserie too ! Nice !
