    Exhaust MB3

I heard that the EG 4 door exhaust will also fit the MB can anyone confirm please?
  2. Too steep on price range, the budget I've got it'd be a dog
  3. I've had plenty of motors of different sizes and the most fun around corners was my old Saxo lol, I don't know why it is but the bigger engined cars seem almost lazy at speed compared to a small engined car, don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing but it's not what I want at the minute lol
  4. Thing is though if I go MB6 it's no different to what I've got apart from engine, I prefer smaller cars, they're more fun to chuck about than bigger cars I've found with the only expection being my Celica GT but that wasn't exactl;y standard so wouldn't be fair. If I was going bigger I'd be going ST-205 Celica or ZS180
  5. Not too much to update really, Had discs / pads done and almost stuffed it into the back of a 64 plate Merc as they'd not bedded in properly (Scared me to death) I've decided to keep the car until July / August when MOT is due and then either sell it or scrap it and go for either a Yaris T Sport or a C2 VTS, I'm not sure which but both seem to be reliable enough and a good laugh whilst not being too bad on fuel, I don't really need a big car as I live on my own and don't really see many people lol
  6. I think the mg zs backbox would be direct fit
  7. I don't mind these although I do take the p**s out of it, Like I said on FB though some poor sod's missing their ironing board Should have gone Celica though for a cheap / nice looking coupe I want a v6 Hyundai though just refuse because of the fuel bills the way I drive
  8. Maybe take some pics that aren't on the drive my sicilian red friend Car looks like it's doing well even if Pikachu doesn't
  9. Thanks Tom, Shopping list keeps getting bigger lol
  10. Thanks EmZvr it's appreciated, it's virtually standard at the minute I'm just trying to find things which are simple / effective Apparently I need discs / pads on the front though as mine are apparently toast now so that's another thing on the list to do Joys of motoring lol, I've also got to give it a good clean and try to do something about the headlights as they're absolutely awful Also does anyone know if the doors are the same on the hatch as the Decks only my rear door is rusty inside and bullbling outside so I'm thinking it'd be quicker /. easier to replace the whole thing? Thanks and I apologise for the questions, I still don't know much about these
  11. Good times mate its come up lovely, what's next?
  12. I used tyre traders website to check lol, so just potter about under the speed limit just in case to not set any cameras off lol
  13. It's not the wheel size it's the tyre size I meant Chandler lol, to keep the radius the same would need 195 50 15 tyres but as I've got 195 45 15s the radius is smaller so the speedo is out lol As for my comment apparently I have a way with words lol
  14. Cheers guys, I shall have to find some steering fluid and top that up if it needs any first then go from there then I'm guessing Bloody cars lol
  15. Thankfully no, more of me would be hell for most normal people believe me (It's difficult enough for me to cope with me lol) Anyways, Fitted the wheels, the car hasn't been washed in 2 weeks and I park on a main road so the car is always getting c**p thrown over it from gritter trucks and all sorts so it's usually filthy lol I like the wheels just don't like the fact I have to get permission from air control to drive it lol (It's not helped by the 195 45 15 tyres on as I think it should be 195 50 15 to keep speedo right / not affect rolling radius too much? Anyways I decided yesterday perhaps it wasn't too bad to drive now the caliper's sort of sorted and it decided to repay me by making an awful noise when I turned the wheel (Not moving so I'm guessing power steering related) and recently I've noticed the steering does feel very vague? I'd assuming it's just a case of topping up the fluid? If not I'm getting an EK lol
  16. I'd hate to be normal, I'm happy being limited edition
  17. Thanks Snakey, it's nowhere near as nice as some on here obviously (Yours is epic) but maybe one day I'll make it a bit closer to what I want because I lose the love for things really easily (I have bpd) so providing I can stick with it I think it could be a really nice car although I get put off by not being able to find exactly what I want when I want it lol
  18. Nice one guys thanks, I shall have a look around and see what I can find
  19. That's the 1.8 isn't it not the 2.5? Will it be level then do you know?
  20. Ah cheers Roj I didn't know that, I assumed the springs would be different damping and slightly shorter so it would have worked, Looks like I'd after shocks too once I've decided what's going on lol
  21. Thanks Tom, I hope so, Only concern is they're on 195 45 15 tyres so it will probably make the arch gap look huge although I was thinking of grabbing some ZS Springs from the 1.8 ZS as I'd expect they may lower it a tad
  22. Hello again folks after a change of heart about selling / scrapping the Civic and wandering off topic slightly I've removed it and decided to start again, As you may have seen it's only a MB3, I bought it with a few issues (Mostly the window passengers side isn't working (Wiring fault I think) and the clutch release bearing is noisy but apart from that it seems ok, I've put 6k on it in the 7 months I've had it and not really had many issues with it apart from recently a sticking caliper which my friend tried to fix and seems to have although I bought a refurbished one off ebay for 40 quid so hopefully it'll sort it anyways The car is completely standard for now but seems ok bodywork wise apart from needing the headlights buffed up and the rear door replacing as it's going rusty but the rest seems ok I was planning on tinkering with a few things but seemingly the MB is a pig to get parts for mods wise exhaust in particular so I'll be sticking to cosmetic changes for the time which I keep it (I've seen something else I like so I'm saving for that now but won't be for a while) As the Civic needed 2 front tyres I had a look on ebay and instead found these and got them for £125 quid including almost new tyres so these will be fitted this week hopefully There probably won't be a lot of progress on this but if there is I'll update the thread lol Cheers Ryan
