so after a day of driving to work on motorway, country roads and a roads, I have to say that the cat's the one mod that I've noticed the most. I can best describe it as the difference between having v power or tesco momentum instead of cack supermarket petrol.

it's like it's unlocked the other exhaust bits and I wish I'd done it sooner :)

so excited about the gearbox now ecstatic.gif1eyebrows.gif1

Great to hear! I've had a sports cat waiting to be installed for over a year now, just have to gather up the £ for the rest of the exhaust bits...

No bike rack

having said that, a roof box is gonna be on the cards soon I reckon coz there wasn't much room left in at the weekend and I hadn't dusted of the big small bottom cool box. Was also eyeing up peoples bike racks on the roof. :saddo:

 I used to do that!

Now I just IAB away with 4 bikes on the roof! :D:D

That's just a pure high five to the face of other so call practical cars! 8-)

Going back slightly, I spoke to my brother about the gearbox, he says you're looking at 2-2.5hours to remove the gearbox, longer without a ramp, then apparently the gears themselves should only take ten minutes, that's 5th and/or the final drive. One thing he did mention is it may be worth changing the bearings while it's all out! I so want to do the 5th gear mod, possibly the final drive depending on the result of yours
