Busy old day. What a pig of a job. Thought it would be easier. Mainly held up by 2.5 hrs of scraping the old gasket off.

Still not up and running though I need some coolant and pcv hose. Need to extend all the wiring as it don't reach annoying!! And set up the tps. Not 100 percent how to route some of the vac lines. Think I'm gonna take the evap system off. Tidy things up a bit.

On D-series engines, the inlet manifolds are a piece of pi$$ to do but looking at your engine bay it doesn't look as simple being a B-series

Atleast the new manifold is on there now, looks a lot better and goes well in the bay :)

Like it! Hope it gives you the extra oomph you're after with the new map! I can imagine it was as big a pain as you say! I'd expect nothing less really!

Few loose ends to tie up. Gotta setup the throttle should be fun.

Day off next week to swap cams. Then I'll book it week after for map.

Desperate to be ready for track action this year

Looks good mate. Remember putting the skunk2 on the EK, was a nightmare with all the vac lines etc.

You'll get there though :-)

Vac lines are no more. That solved that problem removed the evap system.

Did you have to extend the loom grant???

Mine doesn't want to play ball as it is. Only IAT reaches.. just!
