I think it's dependant on mileage that one! 10w/40 if she's a high miler I'd say! 100k+

About £25-30 more than than regular leads so not a massive difference if the gains can be vouched for, I went for normal leads as I'm spending enough as it is on this lot

LOL we can def let you off mate because as you said the money and effort you have pumped into her already in such a short time i think if you bought leads from a scrappy we would not mind either

Ok so im on 153,000 so i take it 10w/40 would be best idea then? (With oem filter?)

Honda MTF

Iridium plugs

Magnecor leads

Oem Dizzy cap n rotor

Is there anything else thats advised for its first PROPER service apart from an ECU reset??

10w40 Mobil seems good but not castrol!

Hamp filter.

Honda Mtf or landrover Mtf is cheaper and the same.(I bought a gallon for £16 on ebay)

Normal ngk plugs.

Dizzy cap and rotor oem or quality aftermarket.

Magnacors a bonus but not essential.

Ecu reset always goes down well.

Or you could take it Kwik fit and they will Put Vegetable Oil In And Top up your washer bottle. For only £99.99

Sounds good chap. Hamp is always a great addition. There are many opinions on iridiums, but I put normal copper in mine.

^^^ This pretty much sums it up.

10w40 oil is what Honda recommend, 5w40 is an upgrade. I think with your mileage I would definitely stick with the 10w40.

OEM dizzy cap and rotor are around the same price from John Banks on here as a blueprint or similar.
