At 30 I moved back in with my parents to save hard for a year whilst my wife and I both worked!I sold my SX, and we were running round in a Mazda 323 1.5 ( cracking car btw).Luckily we don't need anymore deposit for the next move, but, we do need solicitors fees, van hire, mortgage fees etc...etc..Expensive stuff nonetheless!
