snakey135
Its fine standard just not low enough lol currently riding a 2" arch gap! Not good... Thing is with the ebay special coilovers the dampers arnt great which is the problem... I don't mind a firm ride but but the MG ZS shocks will have better damper control i would think? Krzys
As I said before, if you've not already had them just put the standard stuff on first and go from there. They are much better than OEM for body roll and should give 10-15mm drop, you might find you're happy enough with that or the front fork modification can give another 10mm or so at the front. @noodels is the man in the know for that. snakey135
I had them on for about 2 months before putting the coilies on, they drive nice but i would just like them lower to be honest... I'll look into the fork mod but also with these MG ZS shocks, ive noticed from before, one side sits a couple mm lower for some reason??? Regardless to where i place stuff in the car... Anyone know the reason for this or is one of the socks a bit duff??A couple of them are huge grant!! And a place i need to get to every thursday is situated half way up that road lool
Spudnut
Nice job you've done so far mate. How long did the headlights take to do? I wouldn't mind doing that to mine
Krzys
I suspect one of the shocks is wornI would say that too as a possibility!
Grant
Could be .. Not sure how you'd check on standard shocks .. But i know my coilovers, i measured them all perfectly and had them side by side etc and the deck wont sit perfectly level on any surface except a workshop! there are plenty of surfaces you think are level that arent! snakey135
No leaks or weeping with them, you never know they might even out themselves lol, doubt it though Anyway, just enough time to show my coded door trims finally on!! LolP.s. sorry for poor quality evening shots!
vtec2011
Trims finally back on! Loads cleaner!Regarding to the uneven height on the MGZS shocks and springs. As stupid as it sounds and probably doesnt apply to our Civic's, but some cars have different spring rates on each side. I had this problem on a few customers cars before when fitting 2 new spings
