Chandler
Cheers @Chandler ... and ta for the COTM nomination! I'm happy with it for now... When we have our house with garage it won't be so difficult for me to do involving things like this, so can take more care into quality ect!... But as I say, at least the damage is sorted now! no problem mate its nice to see some progress and with you doing the work

snakey135
Cheers lads! Yeah it is a shame but it's better than nothing for now @Chandler I do try to do as much as I can myself, that way I learn at the same time! @ammarbm yep just the front lip now... And fogs which I got through yesterday and front bumper mesh which has become insecure lol!!
Krzys
As above, kudos for trying and at least you can do it again when you've got more space and time! Good effort though, looks alright in the pictures!

Roj
Bumper came out great! Can you not just touch up the yellow a bit? It will blend in after a few wash and waxes anyway.
snakey135
Thanks, yeah when I'm not so rushed off my feet I can respray the little sections that didn't come out too well
KiNK43
You've got loads of coats down. Quick rub and and a coat of silver. Then lacquer again????
h4mza
Bumper is looking good, is the finish as close to original body work? Did you use a rattle can?
snakey135
@KiNK43 yeah that's what I'm hoping to do but so far that took 3 cans (£45) of silver to build it up, and I still need another can for the front lip so the paint is getting a bit expensive... For now I will just get paint for the front lip and then get more to touch up the bumper when I've got the money! @h4mza cheers, it's not spot on but once it's weathered in a bit it will gradually match like my front bumper has ... Hopefully anyway!! Lol... Have to remember that what I sprayed is fresh Titan silver and the car has got 15 year old titan silver lol... And yeah, rattle cans
