Mmm... now you got me thinking! I don't like the idea of having large wheels on a small engine but I see a lot of people have 17" alloys on there Civic's without much problems. If I pick up MGZS suspension, I will consider it ;)

 

I went from 14" (185/60R14) to 16" (205/45R16) on my MB3 and I did notice the car lost some straight line oomph, but gained plenty of cornering speed.

I didn't! :P  And you lucky man! 

 

 

The rolling radius is barely any different between my 15s and 17s.

 

Maybe that's because you have a B18 whilst mines only a wee D15 ;)

I guess you cannot have both... But more grip is probably safer!

I know someone too who has a Peugeot Partner with a broken key in the ignition. All you have to do is turn the ignition with your nail and it starts :lol:
