lol Ranerio (tolasodolsa) is my good friend from Italy guys, met him through Forza4. Top guy, and one hell of a good racer! I've not had much chance to use the "nice to beat you, sir" greeting for a long time though as Paul and I just cant keep up with him now! lol Need to get more practice in! I've had a look at the Rage alloys mate, but as they're 19" the ride is hard as hell, way too stiff for day to day duties. Nice wheels though, and the FN looks amazing on them. Got another wee mod fitted today, the TypeR rear lights (centre section on tailgate). Looks much nicer with the black section instead of the blinged up red reflective bit, plus the red "H" badge came with it too, so all looking good. Will get a pic up soon3 points

Not good about the lights, it looks like they haven't been put back together properly. What was that, did you hear that, *cue much weaving around to replicate the noise.2 points

Common issue with most Hondas! Pop the light unit out dry them out and reseal Around the edges of them with RTV silicone and let them dry. You can even go extra and heat them cut the old sealant out clean with spirits and then reseal again2 points

I on the other hand have many hats and i take them all off to you.. Again some amazing effects with all the bits going on and re the lights imo if they are legal leave the blacked ones on all day as they look too good for words...2 points

I know nick I cant! Hope they make a good difference though, really hate the arch gap, think gonna buy another pair of spacers this time either 25mm or 30mm and put on back and stick 20mm on the front, or just get some 15mm for the front1 point

Seems as though the lenses aren't on the electronic adjusters properly and they're moving about when driving. Solution? Some temporary bodging. I'll double check the beam height tonight.1 point

I got 4pc Rover 45 wind deflectors. The fit was very very snug up front. Bought some Gummi Pflege off eBay and it's solved the problem! Keep the Pflege away from the deflectors!1 point

Lol, " Nice to beat you" is a "code" between me and Dave... not a mistake...1 point

Great Job, Dave... I miss my type S and I ever desidered a couple of wind deflectors like yours. The raindrops came into the interior everytime when it was rainy... but, as you know, in Italy, it's always sunny... eheheh... My "alfhonda" is not so good, and isn't painted with that glourious red... As I told you in the past, my FN2 was affected by similar probs of painting, a lot of little white dot of background painting that emerged from the metallic black paint, especially on the bonnet... Nice to beat you, sir!1 point
-
All those touches look so much better! I wish I could find those deflectors for the M, even a Rover but nothing! You want the JDM EP anyway, or the Mugen FN My mate put the optional Rage alloys on his FN2, looks the dogs! Even the Type R alloys will look good though!1 point

New bits! These went in already: Except for the rotor, the screw was absolutely and utterly stuck! Will need some special moves to get it out. I've never changed the leads, rotor or the dizzy cap (had the car for 5 years now), so thought it was about time. Especially for the cap, the plastic cracked around where the screws go in when i removed it! I haven't given her a proper trashing yet to find out if the power curve has smoothed any as some people say Magnecors + quality plugs will do. And do you know what's cool? When the doorbell rings at 9 in the morning, and there's a courier with a big box and you haven't got slightest idea what he's hauling in until you open it and remember it's some tuning bits you ordered in the middle of the night a week earlier! Energy Suspension motor mount inserts (evil cat not included!). Hope these'll eliminate the massive wheel hop i get during quick launches. In addition, i've got a pretty good sum saved up for something big! MeisterR's? Complete new exhaust? New wheels? I also need a cam belt replacement soon so maybe new cams and gears and a tuning session...? So many options to waste my hard earned money on! Thank god for a proper hobby.1 point
