No smoke at all in the last few days so that's a good sign I got the headlights done. I left the orange indicator cap in but removed the clear lense as I think it looks too plain with clear indicators I have also got the Wolfrace wheels resprayed so they are left to dry till Monday. Can I put the wheels on without lacquer? Because I'm skint till next pay day now1 point

Also a minor update for you guys, but major for me. I HAVE FINALLY SPRAYED AND FITTED A ZS SPOILER If anybody is sad enough to remember, I have wanted a new spoiler on since I got the car, originally buying an ITR Spoiler, then finding out it doesnt bolt straight on, and then chasing after a cheap ZS spoiler for months. I have never been so happy with the car. Plus I removed the A/C rad, marking the beginning of the A/C removal, but my chubby hands and arms make it a long a*s job, plus all the plugs and wires attached to it make me nervous, as I dont know if any are important! Pics with the spoiler will appear as soon as i take some!1 point

Don't shout at me... I went for eBay specials. I don't drive the car hard often, and more want to get the lows for looks, as opposed to handling. I did originally plan MG ZS setup, but I wanted something with a warranty, so they were the best way to go. Assuming they eventually arrive that is, as they were out for delivery yesterday, and never arrived.1 point

Walked home in a record time of 90mins covering 5.5 miles up some big hills too! Then had my dinner and straight out on the car! Sadly I've only gotten one corner done but that was changing the brake line as well! Looks 4ucking fantastic though!1 point

I just had time to throw on the fronts today. Will do up the rears tomorrow. Here is just a recap. Feel free to check the build thread. These are no where near slammed or as low as I want to go. Will update that once I make adjustments.1 point

Well after an un-eventful day of failing registration for a faulty SRS light, trouble shooting the problems, and still not being able to reset the SRS light, I gave up. Since time and day light were running out I decided to throw on the Apexi N1 Dampers on the front of the car. Dealt with a couple of stubborn bolts but they came off after a soak in WD40. A side by side comparison Fitted in its home And here is an after shot. I also had time to put on my front lip as well. I am really liking the set-up. I am hoping to finish this up in the morning before heading out with the family. So should be lower at all four corners tomorrow.1 point

Hi again guys Today i'm bringing to you my lasts purchases. Yeah, I'm sure you thing that i should fit what I've got before continue buying, but this month I've been completly busy with the university (next monday I'll finish my degree) and I couldn't touch the car. However, here we go with the pics. In first place a brand new headlamp. Yes, nothing special but I'm proud of him And the other thing... well if you thing the mb1 front lip is like an unicornt, then I think I just found a pegasus XD Brand new genuine civic 5 dors side garnish covers. Next week promise I'll fit everything!1 point

lol update time! Krzys you is right mate, had to replace both rear calippers, and one of the ones i bought (both reconditioned calippers) was the wrong one, so took time to go get it exchanged etc. Glad to report though, brakes all replaced now, fluid replaced with dot 5.1 racing fluid, and she's match fit again! Now for the blingy bit! I bought another cam cover from a member on here, and decided to fit it so I could get Rubys original one stripped and prepped for customizing. The one I bought had been done red, so looked decent, although the red was starting to flake off with it lying about the garage. Anyways, hit a big problem when getting the rocker cover off! All the nuts came off easy appart from the one in the corner next to the oil filler cap. This just kept spinning! A call to Rich @civicturbo79 and it was decided that the stud must be fooked! So went to Honda and ordered up a new stud, along with new washers and nice new shiney chrome rocker cover nuts. Got the stud out and cover off with help from @Jim (big thanks mate!) so time to fit her newly finished cover! I spent ages metal polishing it, but decided rather than have the whole cover metal polished like most do, I wanted to have some of her body colour on the cover too. So after much work, here's how she looks now under the bonnet! Also forgot about the vtec solenoid cover and rad bracket I bought a while back, so first pics of them are there to see! The offending stud now replaced with new one Lots of new wee bits from Honda! Cover done Rubys bay! The cover isnt 100% perfect, as the masking tape pulled some paint off! But now I know where I went wrong, I'm doing the same with the spare cover only this time it'll be spot on and with a twist! Hope you like. Deck to do next!1 point
