  9. Same here, a bit expensive but definitely worth it in the long run. Get it first mapped by a pro and then maybe play around a little bit to figure out how it works? Then you could always set it back to the "proper" settings in case it gets too messed up!

  12. It helps mentally recharge mate trust me then you gradually start to look at it and think yeah I like this car im gonna sort it, I got mine and my jeep on the go right now and its hard going but I know when im done I will have two reliable cars, I have a soft spot for the Volvo too because its been so reliable but too thirsty as I said before. stop getting down mate get the accord out stack some money up and sort the VTI-S later . the clutch doesn't always slip just judders like ours are now had it before on my MC2 when I removed it the springs in the clutch plate were hanging mate, the release bearing squeaks normally or creaks when you release you foot off the pedal is that happening? it all comes as a kit anyway so regardless its worth swapping it.

  15. I think the h2b means h series engine connected 2 b series box. H2b rather then h engine swapped for a b. that would be h4b lol. Personally, if you ask my opinion. A simple s80 gearbox swap, different intake manifold with a few bolts ons n itr cams, chipped and mapped etc would be a better and simpler route. H series are petrol guzzlers. There wasn't a h2b on Facebook. There was a h22 full swap mb6 though on eBay a while back for like a grand.

  19. i got a fresh p28 a few months ago and will be getting it mapped in the next few months. plan to take it to one of the local dyno places to get it mapped, but will probably get a chip for them to fit. so don't need any fancy map, just some thing for them to work with. the place I'm thinking of isn't a Honda specialist (they do evos mainly) but the reports are that they've got a good dyno and know their stuff.
