Got a huge bag of bits at home now. Gonna get a few bits done Friday.. time is the problem now. Wanna get the gearbox of asap and replace input bearing and 4th gear. Given the exhaust manifold to welder. It's been pounded not just flat but inverted on the bottom so he's gonna chop out the bad bit and repair it to a good standard hopefully. Do slow going but will get there.

lots of WD-40, hammer slightly smaller socket, so use an imperial one and smack the socket on. it will eventually come loose, we hope!!

I will bolt it on soon and see how it looks I replaced the interior roof liner or head liner, whatever you call it.. It was a fairly simple job but it was the stubborn plastic interior trims which were sods to remove, with breaking them! Old....... NEW! I should of wrapped it in another colour fabric but can't be bothered plus the other Aerodeck is going scrap soon

i put my nice chrome rocker cover on, makes the bay look better 😎 think I need more chrome in there now, I've also removed the grill as it wasn't in the best condition!

Landrover gear oil is fine yeah. change it, you'll want new oil anyway can always drain it off and reuse it. Just wouldn't get your hopes up mate.. seriously anyone who know my gearbox history. I've been there and done that. Must have spent hundreds on MTF. Never makes any difference for me.

Also put my B18 Rocker cover car fresher on and I love it

Front wiper arms were looking very dull and the paint was coming off.. So decided to give them a fresh spray and fit aero wipers at the same time.. Look so fresh now

Can't wait to get the new wheels on!! They are sitting there looking at me right now Well today I got the Skunk2 LCA's on which turned out to be a massive pain in the a$$. Both bolts which goes through the sub-frame has snapped. I knew this was going to happen but I didn't expect them to be feckers to get out. Loads of cutting, grinding and drilling lol. But they're on! I will bolt on the Beaks bar when I find the brackets :D And had bit of a b**boo on Friday. Cut a long story short, I was messing around with one of the blokes I work with at the garage. I drove around the corner a tad fast and hit another car. Only a small bump and nothing serious. The headlight clips and bumper clips have broke and obviously some scuffs on the bumper. I will get this sorted ASAP. So yeah, tw@t move, lesson learned..

Got the car back. One word: wow. The difference is mental. First off it feels like I was running on a 1.4l 3 cylinder, car pulls so hard now and I can actually hear the vtec! Was going to return my whale p***s intake because it didn't make any noise, it bloody does now And the handling! Had to keep correcting mid corner because the car was pulling into the apex whereas I was expecting it to run wide. Doesn't stink of fuel and after a 15 minute blast my petrol guage hasn't even changed whereas before I would have emptied a quarter tank near enough. Basically fallen in love with it again, but now its scary fast Finally snapped some pics, will get some proper camera ones after its had a wash tomorrow. Tomorrow will be fitting the ATR spoiler, mesh grille, spraying the chrome bit and doing my callipers in blue. Very impressed with it all though, brake upgrades will be purchased next week and then its finally onto powaaa.

Had MOT yesterday but tbh i didn't even go watch the process since i was so nervous about my new non-approved hella loud exhaust, non-approved race brakes and non-approved coil set... but passed with flying colours! The only thing the dude had to say about was that he was sorry that he couldn't give me a printout of the brake dyno results since their printer was broken ! I had taken some precautions and removed the "only for off-road use" stickers from the coils and gave some black marker to the "only for race use" texts on the pads, don't know if it was really necessary but better safe than sorry. Also the delivery guy came by my door and brought a box of goodies from Elite Car Care: Can't wait to test the foam lance... never tried one but have heard they're pretty awesome.

Thanks a lot peeps! I treated my Aerodeck to more stuff this week and..... New wheels!! They are Lenso Project D's 16x7. They are in need of a good clean up. And I will be ordering new rubber on payday
