    Alot of people stay clear of open filters for the b18. A very good mod is to use a DC2 airbox with panel filter and cold air feed. I just have the std airbox with resonator removed and K&N panel filter.

    8 gauge it is then lol! Yeah my first car was a Jan 98 Corsa, the reg was TAZ 2929, wish I kept it.. edit - i meant kept the reg, not the car lol!

    Nice one mate thanks, i was thinking about doing some new earths myself too. You can get a kit, but its £40 and cheaper to do it yourself as you have said. Im guessing 8 gauge wire you used? TAZ is a late97/early98 Northern ireland plate incase you didnt know. Keep up the good work!

    Did you make the earth wires yourself or buy them? Rocker looks well! Just noticed its got an NI reg. Did you buy it from there? I see you also have a green vti there too, any mods to that one?

    JBL GTO680C. The fit is pretty good, had to drill new holes for the front and on the back the speaker is a bit longer than stock, perhaps 2-3cm so had to saw off the back of the original speaker housing. Luckily there's plenty of room inside the door. This is the first speaker upgrade i've ever done so i don't have much to compare to but compared to stock it's just luverly . good job! cheers for the info
