just to add this amount they will skim the head depends on how distorted the face of the head is, basically however much it needs to be straight. obviously this can differ if you wanted a specific amount skimmed to raise CR

depends of the condition and damadge tbh they will check ammont of distorsion b4 machining to see if its salvageable prob 3-4 thou for a clean up job but if there is damadge maybe more

get the jbanks one plate/cover/ realease bearing. a toe bearing might be a good idea at this point oh and ITR flywheel £20 ish sorry getting caried away

Only prob there is using wrong spring F/R IE:progresive type front springs and linear type rear springs and so not recomended

be aware that ITR shocks are loop eye and mb are fork type

keep them on to protect from stone chip like a shot blast effect ect this is why they are on take off and clean out mud reg 2 mins job proper way to clean a car tbh mine still shinney new inside the arch at 12 years young i always do this to my cars never put an arch on yet 1"£££$££"!!

treat as your just fitting a standard set up ,maybe worth trying to loosen things b4 work comences and you are fully commited >> but as above the front/ rear lower shocks bolts being main issues to be looked at first correct front socket for hub
