    By hand and it was bl**dy hard work, went on easy enough but getting it off took some work had to go out half way through to get another tub of elbow grease This one is not meant to be for major imperfections and seems to have done a fair job, just used it on the doors bonnet and bumpers.

    It's interesting how much work goes into some of them but amazing what you can do with not that much effort. I'm just trying to get rid of swirls, scratches and minor imperfections, just bought some g3 fareclear stuff gonna give that a go at the weekend, was going to give wheels a good going over too but just bought jonnyricers chronos so will wait till I get them off and do them properly How's yours going? got any new products?

    Finally a complete suspension upgrade MGzs shocks with eibach springs (cheers to Weetec for the springs) plus zs arb, all makes a massive difference, turn in so much better + less understeer = Here's a couple of before and after shots: Plus reconditioned rear calipers and new mintex pads, one side seized badly, check out the difference in the pads and finally a massive thanks to Jonnyricer for fitting it all last night you're a star mate

    agree yours looks lower, mine definitely 355mm though, half a tank of fuel may make a difference

    Manifold looks sweet, what's wrong with the TB? If you're sure about going back to standard running height I'd definitely be interested in taking the Eibach springs off your hands, PM me how much you want for them, was going to buy some this week
