    Its not come out very well mate.. Whether it was the paint itself, the lacquer, or the primer im not sure .. Maybe a combination of them all .. The primer and colour seemed to go on well, but after the colour had dried it seemed to dry very very black and even with the lacquer, whcih didnt go on very well, its not brought out the sparkle at all ..

    I think there are a few brands that people use and they seem to be ok with .. Me personally, only ever used Honda MTF.. And would probably be worth doing now .. Only £36 for enough to do it .. Plus you'll only need 2 litres next time, so only £24 on your next change!

    Sounds reasonable mate. But as you said, will probably cost you a tenner to send them back! Hopefully your mech can figure a way through it !

    I will be mate .. In fairness, I think they all whine a certain amount up top end. Although starting at 4k seems unusual.. When was the box oil done last?

    Didn't have a good a look around this as I wanted to Looking good though mate . The scuttle panels are horrible on ours Skirts are definitely a massive improvement.

    Need more info mate. Saying an mph doesn't help really, what gear, what revs? Are you WOT and pushing hard? Or is it just cruising? When was the last time the box oil was changed?

    Yeah exactly mate. Not disagreeing with what your doing at all. I love NA!! Massively and the C6 will transform the deck! I was just comparing price wise to those of us that don't regularly have the chance to get old of a C6 If you were to get and set up a t25 or similar, you can retain the vtec and have a really drivable car

    Rub the whole thing down with 600, primer, very gentle rub down with 1500, colour (however many coats) then a very very gentle rub down with 1500 or higher if you have any. Then lacquer. That's my method anyway. The paint may have come out shite on the spoiler but it's smooth as a babies bum lol

    By all accounts becuase of the naturally low compressioin of our engines, they respond to boost better than the type r's! I think for the price of a c6 engine, £1500 i wouldve thought, you could have a pretty good bolt on turbo set up to run 7-8 psi and return 230-240 without breaking a sweat!

    Thinks its different for Naz though, not that im assuming too much, but being a breaker, im sure this lump hasnt cost him that much .. To buy one outright, i cant see how it'd be worth the money ..     Great little load of goodies mate! Calipers sound like a steal!! Link ??? Shame about the break lines, although im sure someone posted up a pic just recently of some that were shorter than they were supposed ot be but routed it differently??
