This is the car that replaced my 6g accord after i sold it because the gearbox decided it wanted out, so I decided not to bother to spend anymore money fixing it up as it was needing something replacing every week! I didn't like the car that much to keep on fixing it. So this EK saloon I have now is so much better and is worth me spending some cash on it as I love the thing! Not many of these around! I also have plans to turbo it, there's alot more parts available for this than my old accord. And it also seems a bit quicker even though it's a 1.5! Got a lot planned this civic

Might not be all bad news boys, me and Matt tonight took off the turbo and is running free as u like. The reason for the break down is the return pipe back to the sump is dead and leaking out oil but looks as if the turbo wasn't starved of oil. So I'm gona get another bit of pipe stainless braided this time and see if that does the trick I'm really hoping it does. I'll load up pics tomoz but I think that the turbo is ok but need to have a really good look tomoz as when me and Matt took it off it was pretty damn dark.

Just had a read of this and must ay I'm impressed, I'm often around Portsmouth / Chichester way but I don't think I've ever seen you, If there's more of us about perhaps we could meet all up Portsdown for a burger or something? I don't think I've ever seen this car around though

Well now I'm really confused as I've made a massive knob of myself pardon the pun, I've just gone down to the car and tried to pull it of as I was sure I did last time and it wouldn't move, twisted it and it's come straight off so yep there's only 2 things to say 1 - Thanks for the replies 2 - I'm a t**t

It took a while for the hot coolant to activate the new stat so for ages the bottom pipe stayed cold and no fan with air bubnles coming out of rad... Eventually i got hot air out of heaters, bottom pipe got hot and rad fan cane on... Now that the coolant has circulated properly under driving conditions, tomorrow im going to have a play with removing any more air and getting the level right! fingers crossed lads!

Because of that my mechanic was busy, we were not able to put in whatever I hoped ..... But I bought a new winter tires! Chose Nokia, hope is not a mistake !!! The model is Wr D3 ....

Thats what i thought krzys! I'll have a little price up at some point to see if its worth it!On a brighter note... New upper arms fitted! New track rod ends fitted! New thermostat fitted and refilled with coolant to save it getting crappy again! Previous owner must have just kept topping it up with water!! Lol About to leave work and hopefully enjoy the non-knocky non-rickety journey home on my fresh ball joints!! Happy days, shes back on track!

so i've bitten the bullet and bought some parts on my credit card!! update to be done by next friday i'm hoping!! also a little update coming shortly when i upload the pictures

See the standard speakers aren't that bad once they are amped from a headunit.

It could well be lambda as stated but it could also be loosing a bit of back pressure. 4-2-1 manifold, straight through center pipe and straight through back-box on a little 1.4 is a bit much I think. But I could be wrong

1.4 doesn't have VTEC anyway.

Well its been 3 weeks or so that ive had the mb6 after replacing the ep2 with it and i must say even thought the ep was a very nice car and i loved it im not missing it the mb is fast but yet comfy and practical there is something about them that grips you by the goolies (probly the screaming Vtec i imagine) and puts a smile on your face it makes you want to drive and the deep loud exhaust helps too with its lovely sound anyway as you have probly guest im very happy with the decision i made.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole mate. There are some things, like maybe lights, or fluffy dice that you buy cheap. Not a steering wheel.
