Taken a trip to Scotland for a few days, so filled up when I left home, had to refill today and as I arived at the petrol station, the light came on. Thenreason I mention it, is that as I looked at the light, I notice the trip meter which I reset every time I fill up. 475 miles I got on a tank. Amazed and a little proud of my M, I treated her to a well earned meeting with a presure washer incredible car, just wish my power steering would cease to leak!

When you do your next trip get some speed but don't harsh break then pull over and spit on the disks ur soon find the sticky one! Thing is if there starting to stick u could clean them up and might last abit longer but it's gunna need replacing in re long run!

Defo a bit optimistic if it's that noisy! Bearings probably come apart. I seen it with my own eyes box still working but input bearing in bits. Makes very noisy. Keep an eye on civic life and eBay. Gearbox buying can be risky unless you get a chance to try it Or yeah 10000rpm.

That would be doable with a chipped ecu. You can have a positive iab signal off pin a19 at the ecu instead of a negative that we have standard at pin a17. Bit of fancy wiring. Sorted

I haven't been keeping upto date on here, been so busy and things haven't been looking good last week. Got pulled by the fuzz because of the fly eye tint on the rear lights. Apparently it effects the brightness and it's illegal to have on my car? So that will be removed soon... He has also got in-touch with my insurance company to check all the modifications are declared. The only thing I haven't declared is the MGZS backbox but the insurance people weren't so bothered about that, luckily.... My car is going for a full inspection next week to see if they can find any hidden modifications. The only thing I have to remove is the manifold and bolt on the cat-mani back on But to be honest I am not worried! But things got better at the end of the week!
