  1. yeah i'm gutted that the waterpump is fooked, but it has done 170k, and i was sort of expecting it. as for a load car when i went in it was a sticking point as i'm young. still not looking good for a car as no call's yet from them... in hindsight, i should of got the part's from tegiwa..
  2. they tried getting hold of one before they phoned me. it's not looking good for a car either, but shit happens. at least this isn't the friday before japfest...

    Camber setup??

stick my 2p in here, yokohama (195/45/16) like them a lot, but bloody noisey, and you can really chuck the car about with them on. not driven them in the wet yet. not sure if i'd have another set. toyo (195/50/15) had a couple of set of these now, and really like them, tempted to try them on the speedline chrono's when the yokohama are worn out. they seem to be soft so wear quite quickly, and tend to spin up in the wet very easily as well. would buy these again for sure uniroyal (195/50/15) had these fitted for winter 2012/13, and did really well, better that i thought, only gripe is the sidewall's are really soft. would have these again for winter rubber all day long. goodride, proper winter spec rubber (195/50/15) had them on for winter 2013/14, didn't really get to use them to there full potential. but in the slippy stuff, it felt well planted. can't decide if i'd have them again, but will keep them fitted for winter 2014/15.
  4. i dunno about washing the car, it's minging at the moment, it was getting cleaned this weekend.......
  5. bored already.... not good, sort a few thing's out and then hammer GTA5 for the rest of the weekend.... yeah i know, if it was at a independent it would of been done in a day, but OEM parts....... as for the water pump, it's the original one fitted at the factory, and it's done 170k, so done well...
  6. cheer's mate for the offer, but just about sorted it, carless for the weekend, but should be able to get a lift in to work monday / tuesday. they have promised if a car becomes' availble it's mine but the chance's are very slim...
  7. right, just had honda on the phone, the waterpump is O.E. and is leaking, it's not the fact it's leaking and it need's replacing, it's the fact the bloody part is in belgium, and won't be here till tuesday, and they have no courtesy car available at the moment,,,,

  9. the future is bright, the future is MC2.....
  10. look really good, and i'm gutted, as that's 2 i've done now, i wish i lived back in tattershall, off road parking, no curb's, no traffic, no congested side street's to find parking in. i even heard it happen tonight aswell, it's just that heart sinking moment, knowing that it's happened, on a sort of plus point, cos there silver, the damage isn't that noticeable. oh nick, do you have locking wheel nuts fitted?
  11. wow, those wheel's work well on there, and it's does need lowering .....
  12. yeah, same here, stunning vehicle, and a well deserved win..
  13. i'm not a fan of aftermarket wheel's, (hence my decision of 16" speed line chronos), but in this case, slipstream's all day long.
  14. He sold it on for a type r, lad a bought it off was called teejay right even i can't make sence of that^^^ i got them late november, he'd sold the car a bit before then, so that must of been the new owner selling it on again, the lad i bought them off was going to buy a EP3.
  15. Speed line chronos? I bought them from leeds, with Yokohamas and one Dunlop fitted. The lad who had them had a marron mb6.
  16. Ahh I just wound her up to 75 and left it there, didn't pass a lot, got home just after 10pm so 2hrs from scotch to Grimsby
  17. just one thing, when we left scotch for the south, what happened? iirc, i ended out front never saw you again?
  18. yeah seem to be the best alrounder, mine is on 195/45
  19. honda say that the water pump is a fit and forget unless it has an issue or isn't O.E, to do the job properly, you'll need; cambelt kit (should come with tensioners etc) water pump (if non genuine part) 3x auxiliary belt's (air-con, alternator, and power steering) rocker cover gasket kit (as the rocker cover has to come off)
  20. some photo's from the scotland meet,
