I have just came up with an AMAZING idea! I got another rocker cover and I was thinking about doing some graffiti on it. Something came too my mind, Civic5 written in big white letters, the number 5 in red and rest of the rocker in black?

Cheers mates! That MB above has inspired me when I first got my MB3. Shame it been scrapped all because the valve seals were knackered I absolutely love the look of it but I will be going for the matt finish on the black parts, like Ollies Aerodeck I will make a start on the grill tomorrow and put the original headlights on to mod the modded headlights, if that makes sense

Best way to de-chrome grill surround?

Mmm, I will have a think. I just don't trust plasti-dip, the stuff sounds too good to be true! -

Does the wrap fade over time by the sun? -

The pole is up! -
I have resprayed the chrome grill surround before but it didn't last. 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of black paint. After 2 months, the surround was chipped and stoned to death! I was thinking of giving a few coats of lacquer to give it a hard finish and protection? Or am I better off plasti-dipping or carbon wrap it? Cheers!

Ahh he should just do it! It's only a bit of rain

Nice looking VTi-S mate, the fan blades makes your car already complete!
-
Got a video yet?!

I want a spare set anyway to shave 10mm off them, just to slightly lower the front end Thanks for another good offer mate! There is a EG Civic breaking near by me so I'm getting bits and pieces off that. Shame it only has standard suspension on it

I guess you heard thunder and lightning last night and thought... I really like the idea!

Right, some new plans to get that look I'm after! Respray or plasti-dip the splitters matt black De-chrome and mesh the grill matt black (again) Respray the wheels either black or white. Not sure if plasti-dip will hold that well on wheels if I was to do them black And finally... respray the headlight indicator lenses black, a bit like this...
-
I prefer the old wheels too. Shame one of them damaged
-
Cheers everyone! Glad some of you like the wheels Haha you have to Nick? Nice one though, can't wait when she's lowered
-
Alloys are now on! Spend most of the day scrubbing and bathing them, it came up gleaming! Then it got dirty just by driving out of the garage These are nice wheels but I don't think they suit my car too well. They will grow on me, especially after a respray I am also very impressed how these tyres grip, I can kick it around corners and pulls harder from stand still! The steering feels a bit heavier too having slightly wider tyres, 205 50 15's. Originally 195 50 15's

Cool! 18 quid a fair price for used EG forks you reckon?
-
That's a cool photo
-
Just wondering because I was thinking about shaving 10mm off the front forks. But before doing this, are EG forks shorter or the same size as MB? Thanks
-
Free lowering? I think I'll just wait then
-
You're MAD! I am really looking forward to this!!
-
Nicely done, should be a good result! Mmm... I might get myself a spare set and attempt this myself

Top work so far
