Well said that man, hat man! I cannot wait, it's going to be a good one! The spoiler? Nooooo..... it's got to be repaired with fiberglass and re-sprayed yet!

I guess Rover didn't know the headgaskets go as soon as it been first done? Not sure but they would be good cars if it wasn't for the headgaskets. Yes I'm going scrappy again this weekend...

Unless you buy the proper headgasket kit which is modified by Rover. Expensive though...

You're a right carbon fruitcake like DaveMB2! Nicely done though, there is no way I can do a neat job like that! -
I was about to post a comment last night but my internet decided to stop working! Ouch! Sounds like a hard hit But atleast you sorted it out with a good DEAL! I hope everything else is ok on your car As for the sh!tty chrome, plasti-dip sounds like the way to go. Using the usual rattle cans, I have resprayed the front grill twice in 3 months because of the stone chips. I even used lacquer for a bit of protection, but that didn't help. I will be plasti-dipping a few bits and pieces for Japfest

I don't know what horsepower are MB2's, 90bhp I think? But the MB3's are 114bhp standard, Dave's MB3 is nearly 130bhp and my MB3 has similar mods. So I could be running just over 120bhp roughly Yes it's only £130 tax, well it's gone up £140 this year....

Mine does about 45 mpg, that's because of the higher revving gearbox

Looks like a nice minty low mileage MB3 you got there. The new wheels look nice and looking forward to what you do this The MB3 is my 1st car too, had it for 3 years so far and more years to come! -
I hope you warmed the car up before revving it! Sounds really sweet mate I noticed my car does this since fitting a D16 mani and de-cat. Even after driving 20 miles it still smoke. But then, atleast it isn't blue or black smoke, you know you got problems then
