  1. Not a problem! Can you make sure you fill in your profile details please! Helps us to give the best and most relevant answers! Ta!
  2. Doesn't sound too bad mate, big bubbles or like fizzy bubbles? Just keep an eye on the level in the expansion tank and top it up as it needs it! I bet it's most of the way bled to be fair but the service manual you can download shows a bleed valve near the thermostat!

I know you've put this but could you fill out the details on your profile please chap? Worth checking the vacuum lines mate, could save you some money!
  4. Yep! Loads say mine is mint, you'll soon see tomorrow that she's not, but could also be so much worse for her age!
  5. My prep will hopefully happen while I'm at work! Dry so far today! *touch wood* Madness I tell ya, madness!
  6. These are a sod to bleed, is the temp gauge climbing or not? When I changed the stat in this one I couldn't shift an airlock for love nor money! Cold air coming out when heaters were on hot full blast, took it for a quick drive on a 60mph road, temp climbed quite high then suddenly the air escaped, boiling air came out and gauge flew down! Small brown trouser moment before-hand though!
  7. Yes they will, bonnet and front bumper too!
  8. Not for free by any means, I just have nothing to use myself at the minute.
  9. Cool, if they look good I may refit my originals with yellow bulbs!
  10. Asked B&Q staff, glued hand to c0ck
  11. Lift the front end up, that will help get the air out! Glad it's 99.5% there though! You must be proud!
  12. C1 and C4 inlets have the same style porting. The rest are the smaller type like the red one.
  13. Couple of the recent photos has someone in them he means!
  14. Was dry on my way home, raining when I got home, not getting done today, given my mate the spare key as the car will be at home all day tomorrow so he will try and get it done then!
  15. That was one of the first jobs I did inside of it, made a big difference not having it fall on your head!
  16. Epic tail there mate! I initially looked at a VTi-S Deck but decided it needed too much to make right! Good on you for going through with it! Least you could swap bits off the other one! My hatch has ended up with everything bar the dashboard and carpet replaced inside!
  17. The wrong inlet manifold? You mean the gasket or something?
  18. I don't think anything was in hiding longer than @UnicyclingTom's beaks bar! Can't remember or be bothered to see how long it took the mid-spoiler to get done!
  19. Still doing that several days later! Hoping to get the pre-Japfest clean done after work today, though the rain is doing a sterling job as we speak! Got a mate who's a detailer by trade doing it so should come up well if he's up for doing it in the rain!
  20. Might be worth ringing them up or visiting a branch to ask someone?
  21. I'd say look for a fabric glue? Google should be able to help you there!
  22. She may have been getting her back box bored out!
  23. Choose mine, I'll bribe you with Hobnobs Saturday, soggy if required!
