  1. Yes, the seats you have there are from an earlier vti, your mb2 is a later model, the obvious difference is in the seatbelt clip mountings, later models are just left loose whereas the earlier seats have mouldings for them. Anyway as Naz says you will need to go back and get the brackets, think they are smaller. My back seats have like a sleeve for the buckles, had to look for them though.......yes I was bored at the time
  2. and 3.5k @ 70 Lovely! I bet she's nice and quiet compared with before then! I think this has to be worth investing in, better acceleration and a higher top end, you can't go far wrong!
  3. nope That's good to hear! As Tom said, good news for those parts

    Rear wiper Q

It's a handy feature, never seen it on an M yet, you'll probably be the first!
  5. Oooooo different, looks nice though!
  6. Oh dear, that has put me off owning one forever Knowing it came from the white flag factory is bad!
  7. Sad to hear about the MOT but don't let it get you down chap! If you're repairing, might as well replace with upgraded bits
  8. There not going anywhere mate! You're not allowed to sell the carbon intake either or I'll come and slap you
  9. Yeah I would! They normally say 1000miles to run in a gear box, I'd definately give her some time with the new parts! Bet you can already feel the acceleration is easier without booting it?
  10. Good to hear she passed! Any advisories dude?
  11. straight swap I think - he would have said if any had been needed cheers Sweet! I'm looking forward to the video!
  12. Sounds good! I'm willing to be the flywheel has helped quite a bit! Any idea if it's all been a straight swap in the end once you had the right bits or did the box need any machining work?
  13. I'm liking the mirror idea! Not seen it done on another M
  14. Looks sweet! MG ZS180 ARB you want, just the rear! It's probably the front mudflaps you're catching, I took mine off pretty quickly as they were catching before I lowered mine
  15. I bet there's loads to come out of the doors like sound proofing etc! Heavy cars! Wow that spark plug has seen better days! Full service and flush with cheap oil would hopefully sort it though!
  16. Makes me think that when I decide to start meddling with my gearbox it'll be a good idea to make sure the Accord is MOT'd then
  17. Whoring is always good! My spout of modifications are done for the moment too!
  18. So basically everything you needed for the final drive change plus a bit of an overhaul of bearings etc? Jesus I bet you wished you'd found that before starting this
  19. I'd check the tail lights the same as on the EK, should come out easily enough!
  20. Sounds like more work than you first expected but at least it's getting sorted! Did the box need any material skimming off it so the new gear would fit properly like in Noodel's link?
  21. No chance! If it ain't rusty, the big ends have gone Perfect excuse to throw in an RB20DET then Better of doing an RB25 swap If you can afford one that is! But the S13 shape is my favourite......a lot of that has to do with the pop up headlights though
  22. No chance! If it ain't rusty, the big ends have gone Perfect excuse to throw in an RB20DET then
