3300rpm at 70 if I read the graph right! That's spot on for what you'd expect from a normal motor, should make long distance drives a lot better! Hopefully won't be so tall to kill off the acceleration though!

Happy days then and you have a spare for the other side should you need it in future!

Once it's in I'd be interested to see where the revs sit at motorway speed, could be worth considering as it will probably help loads on a long run with MPG! (God I'm getting old )

Could be an earth? Check the looms in the tail lights for any burnt out cables? Sounds messy though!

Looks properly sweet dude! Philgor is after some fanblades isn't he?

Replacing the intake won't make more BHP but will make better torque which is still pretty good as we know VTEC engines lack it!
-
You're welcome dude!

Lots planned! Be interesting to see how the LS 5th gear affects the revs, is it longer or shorter?

I plan to do that, just need to find the time to remove it and sort out some ducting

As above, when cold take the rad cap off and then just leave it ticking over and once she's warmed up, any bubbles comming out would mean there was an airlock! If after a while your not convinced then hold her at a few revs to generate more heat, but if there's no bubbles and she's starting to overheat then let her cool down, check for mayo on the dipstick and oil cap and back to the garage!

Should be okay to take her through the rev range as long as your gentle on the gear changes!- 883 replies

I run 32psi all round! Even when I change wheels I'll still use the same tyre pressure

I would have to agree with Tom, I'm running the ZS180 suspension and ARB and my god it's like a different car!
-
My guess would be the switch too! Again, I'm not 100% sure but also would guess the switch is in the lower dash near the pedal

Without an ECU reset she feels a bit more responsive low end! Still got the original resonator box Andrew, plan to replace it with some ducting for a direct feed to the box at some point! Tom, depends what you want really! Wales pen1s makes an awesome noise, there's no denying it! But I've changed my long term plans for the car so went the sensible route with the air feed!
