I never knew that. I suppose that's pretty useful, especially wet grip performace, as I'd be paranoid about putting Ditchfinders on any car. Who comes up with the rating for each tyre? Someone in Brussels, independent Thatcham-type folks or the tyre companies?

£60 for the pair??!? I think £55 per tyre has been the lowest I've ever went on a pair of Hancooks. What are the B and C ratings about?

Yeah I was having a little nosy at pics of used MB6 fogs and it looks they don't have a staggered bracket like these ones do. I'd probably butcher the fook out of them to get them to fit and they'd look terrible At £60 for the pair I'll have to have a think......

Right so I discovered I've a well beaten up pair of these Ring Luminator spotlights on the car so went out and bought a new set. Anyways, I've been told about these fogs in the pic below and wondered if they were a straight fit, or will things need modified? http://www.racerbits.com/servlet/Detail?no=317 They def appeal more being a bit more OEM looking. It'll be a couple of days before I can get to look closer at the car to check what fixings were left from the original fogs so thought I'd be lazy and check here first Edited to make things clearer

lol I had to show the fan in the video as it was just hilarious. Completely medieval to the fan at the dyno I was at the week before with the Audi. The reving to assist oil flow makes alot of sense

It's some unknown 2.5" system and a 5Zigen backbox. No cat and the standard manifold. DC2 airbox and manifold will have to get sourced next year.

Rolling road results: 169bhp and 130lb ft. For a standard engine bar exhaust I'm happy enough to be honest and good starting point for 2014 I didn't even bother running it on Super Unleaded. Anyone know why he revs it down the way he does? I've never seen that done before. Engine preservation?

I have a big tub of Collinite in the house. It's great when on and I don't think it can be beaten for value for money, but I hate using it to be honest. Even putting a little on at a time, it takes me forever to take it off Tough Coat and Power Seal use thon there nanotechnology bobbins and much easier to use for someone like me who quickly runs out of patience by the time I've spent all day cleaning. Tough Coat is just spray on and wipe off. Power Seal just needs a quick going over with the machine.

If it stays mild over Xmas I'm going to treat my Chavic to a buffin sesh and a few layers of Auto Finesse Power Seal so I don't need to wax it over the rest of the winter.
