  1. Though the CR01s are in spec and at very top of budget... Gahhh!
  2. Not really in a huge rush tbh but kind of wanted them delivered before I move house again so I could get started as soon as I land I have Works Miester S1-3P on my S14, took f'ing forever to arrive, they're lovely TBH but only come is 18/19 AFAIK. What's the largest wheel that can be run 18? Wasn't straying far from standard size to keep speedo right but if they're balanced and worked out I guess they should be OK
  3. Not sure on lows yet, but about 800-1200 at very most, I was looking heavily at Volk and Rays but a lot of places are waiting times of a few weeks or months in some cases and they're regularly more than £1200
  4. Sorry yeah thats what I was on about, hit send on my phone without directing the attention to what I meant lol
  5. I actually do think bronze UL48s are in the running right now. If anyone has any suggestions for 15x9 ET0 (or as close) in 4x100 I'll happily take them into consideration. Looking for dish though.
  6. I'm in the process of finding some alloys for the MB, I'm looking at the following wheels, I'm looking at 15x9 ET-0 (and I know that "ET0 won't fit") but I have plans to remedy that.. The next stage is to choose White, Black or Silver as the chosen colour.. I did a little bit of photoshopping RPF1's onto a black VTI I found on Google, The RPF1 is a great looking wheel but not wide enough for my plans. The toss up now is between Rota Kyusha, J-MAG, Alecia or Ultralite UL48/Traklite Holeshot's at the moment. The Ultralites are my current forerunning wheel but a bit of input and fresh opinion might be cool!
  7. This is the one that followed me on Instagram As far as the front end goes, it looks more like the MA and an EVO4 had a love child imo
  8. Another Pictures courtesy of.. http://www.rolledlife.com/honda-city-type-z-sx8-blue-dom-a-vnt-autogarage-project/ I think the lights are the same possibly? would just need bumper, bonnet and grille if I'm thinking right.. Maybe slam panel. The lip is a EK / EJ Mugen lip (probably a rep)
  9. Nice, Thats where I was getting mixed up (the PB / VTIS thing) I've just bought a few bits off ebay including a center console to build a Double Din / Tablet dash into it and an MG ZS180 Arm rest The Arm rest will be getting the same treatment of the doorcards.. Stripped back and Faux-Suede covered
  10. I'll try and find the images properly when I get home, I can only pull up thumbnails and stuff at work due to a portal connection through our Greek plant (they host all servers there) Anything from any hosting site is normally blurry or doesn't show up at all. I think I just about remember those from the days when the site was black (?) will definitely post more pictures I have saved on my PC at home
  11. I've been looking around for a little bit of information but the main info I've found is related to the MB6 VTI-S.. I have a 1.4 Sport MB (MB3 / MB8 depending on who you speak too!) it has Half leathers, AC, PAS, Leather stitched wheel (did until I yanked it out for a Vertex wheel), Electric Windows (front), Electric Mirrors (adjust & Heat), carbon-look trim around knob, grills etc, Leather stitched honda gear knob. Now apart from the MB6 which has 99% the same interior I have found, what other differences across the range have what? I know theres that wood/tortoise shell looking trim option too but wondered if there was anything exclusive to the VTIS/VTI/Sport? and I was lead to believe the VTIS was the only model in Pirated black, Theres a 1.6 VTEC MB round the corner in PB, doesn't have wing or anything like the trim, has stock fabric seats, no AC yet the colour is definitely black that flips into purple as PB does.. Ideas?
  12. haha thanks, I was followed by someone on instagram with a SX8 and started me off looking at different cars on that platform.
  13. My SK2 ones were sent back to the states after 3200 (Motorway!!) miles having the inserts/bushes on them fail and collapse, they sent out replacements stating they had changed suppliers of the polybushes and had run into a few "niggles". My passenger wheel was juddering and pulling to the left, pulled onto services, jacked car up to find the bushes were less (O) shaped and more (o ) where the metal insert had cracked and the bolt had worn through the polybush and was nearly at the metal of the arm about 3-4mm off, Ball joints didn't look great either! The Staff at SK2 were pretty damn helpful though, they sent out the replacements with just a handful of pictures, waited for me to get them and signed for them before asking to get old ones back, shipping both ways was free too as they offer a pretty good waranty. I bought Buddyclub later on and they were much nicer units but expensive, but then again I kept the car 18months more and never an issue, covered 10k more too!
  14. So for a very long time its been well known the Civic MA/B/C is based upon the Honda Domani / Acura EL in Canada/States which also shares a hell of a lot of parts with the Rover 45 / MG being the same platform. It was also sold in places around asia-pacific as the Isuzu Gemini (MA = 1993-94, MB = 1997) or Suzuki Baleno (1999 era).. Well after a hell of a lot of digging around I found a few other varients based upon the domani, and thus sharing the majority of parts with MA/B/C/EG/DC2... Enter the ring... Honda City Type-SZ (SX8) Now I have to apologise if the quality of the images are terrible, I'm on limited internet service at work and they block sites such as Flickr, Photbucket, Imgur etc What I'm hoping is that we can gather up any images of City's, Baleno's, Gemini's, Acura's, Domani's, MA/B/Cs and compile them into a somewhat of a image knowledge base so people can get inspiration and ideas for projects. I love the VTI-S kit how it sets off the bubbly "soft" lines and makes the car look more aggressive but I'd love to see a bit more creativity with the MB. If you've got a few pictures please post them up, would be fantastic to get them together in one place Aug 18th: I'm now making this a thread dedicated to gaining inspiration for your project!
  15. Buddyclub have racing pedigree, they compete in events all over the world, I have had them both engine bits and camber kits on my old EK, much better than the SK2 ones but more £££. Hardrace, M&M Honda or Buddyclub all day.
