What I would try is. Where the back box is take the horn live off and the one from the main loom tape them together and try the horn that way. If works prob that relay

Mine struggled to sale for 1k seen many one eBay struggle to hit 1k, also seen Afew on eBay for £1500 which were on there for Months! If ur gunna sale it in the long run worth thinking about how much U will lose

Try it worst it will do is blow a fuse! Might be earthed inside the horn so might just need a live.

Get some wire and put it on + and - terminals on the horn then put them straight to the battery then you will know if it's your horn or the wiring! That looks like a relay in the last pic which could be your problem!
