  1. Rings have been the best I've used... Better than the night breakers which were the best before that. Can't stop thinking about cree leds for my next set though... Depends what the life is like on them.
  2. You know what they say about threads and pics....
  3. So got a second hand karcher at the weekend and have been looking in to snow foam Lances, and wondered if anyone's used one of the 20 quid eBay ones and if they're any good? I've seen people raving about autobrite ones, but I don't really want to fork out £50 or whatever, but then don't want to waste money on something that's going to be poo 💩
  4. Aye, wish I had put some lacquer on it... Needs quite a bit of polishing to get it back like that... At least I've got a dremmel type tool now instead of just doing it by hand
  5. wish it was that tidy at the minute though... the pic above is from a couple of years ago..
  6. Cheers. Aye, got lots of see greasing and polishing to do. There's a few spots of rust in there that i want to sort out as well.
  7. congrats - was a tough call and both would have been worthy winners
  8. Nice for something good to come out of it then ey. That sucks.. Hope it doesn't take too much to get it running sweet again.
  9. Sorry to hear about the redundancy mate, hope it works out with the new business What happened to the head gasket?
  10. My eg was that way around as well... Was good for being able to indicate for an overtake and change gear at the same time
  11. I suppose, as far as width goes it has to be related to the width of the wheel you've got, coz that's what the tyres been designed to run on.As far as the 'height' of the tyre, then you should be able to get fairly close to the original tyre and wheel combo... Once you start getting too far away from that Diameter it's going to make your speedo wrong, and i think that would have caused a problem with an eagle eyed copper anyway, even before they started looking at stretch?
  12. surely if the overall radius of the wheel and tyre is in the same region as the original spec then there won't be an issue?
  13. Once I've changed a few bits to stop the little oil leaks, i want to clean it up and get bust with the polishing again to get back to this

they're class. Was thinking this the other morning when I was running late and driving round roundabouts on a dual carriageway... just so much confidence and feel.
