  1. Got a bit of a problem worry that though... Got the chip with the p72 map from the states... Just had someone local to do the soldering work.
  2. evening. Finally picked up the ECU after getting it socketed and chipped, and the IAB components added. Plugged it in and got an engine light. have read the code and it's 13 - Baro Atmospheric Pressure Sensor. from what I can gather, this seems to be a sensor that USDM ecus have... and my P28 probably doesn't. http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=933 So I'm thinking that the P72 map on the chip is looking for the APS and it's throwing the code coz it's not there... anyone know if I can run the ECU with this fault showing until I can get it to someone who can disable it in the map? WIll it cause any problems or should I just swap the P9 back in. Cheers
  3. Just noticed that you can see the accord saloon (i think) of one of the neighbours in the background.. It's pretty cool. They've also got an ek of some sort (and an xk)
  4. Oh, and just remembered that I got an email today to say that my ecu is ready to pick up... Will have to make time for that tomorrow.. In between emptying the loft so that it can get insulated.
  5. So keep it away from the neighbours cars then
  6. There seems to be millions on there... I guess that's the problem with eBay as well.. Some people leave feedback after receiving something... Sometimes after using it once, but not many people would wait until they've used it for a few months before leaving feedback. I never left feedback for my final drive because I hadn't fitted it and didn't know if it was right... Obviously it was, but by the time i got it on it wasn't in my list any more
  7. I'll be washing the deck and the tourer so will hopefully get my Money's worth The tourer's a big old car as well.. The deck seems small nowadays
  8. Thanks all, and cheers for the link... Order placed Tried that demon shine stuff with the hose pipe attachment, and even though it's not like proper snow foam with a pressure washer it was still pretty good and made life loads easier... Made me want the real thing
  9. Rings have been the best I've used... Better than the night breakers which were the best before that. Can't stop thinking about cree leds for my next set though... Depends what the life is like on them.
  10. You know what they say about threads and pics....
  11. So got a second hand karcher at the weekend and have been looking in to snow foam Lances, and wondered if anyone's used one of the 20 quid eBay ones and if they're any good? I've seen people raving about autobrite ones, but I don't really want to fork out £50 or whatever, but then don't want to waste money on something that's going to be poo 💩
  12. Aye, wish I had put some lacquer on it... Needs quite a bit of polishing to get it back like that... At least I've got a dremmel type tool now instead of just doing it by hand
  13. wish it was that tidy at the minute though... the pic above is from a couple of years ago..
  14. Cheers. Aye, got lots of see greasing and polishing to do. There's a few spots of rust in there that i want to sort out as well.
  15. congrats - was a tough call and both would have been worthy winners
