aye... that's why I've wussed out and letting them do it... he's asked me to drop the spoiler off a week early to fill some chips and get it painted read to go on. did you use a template to drill the holes bud?

someone was selling dc2 oil coolers on ebay a month or so ago for about 45 quid... I spent a few days poring over the workshop manual for the m and comparing it to the teg manual. I was reading somewhere on the web about someone who'd added one to his gsr, and I think he had to drill a new port into the block? ended up falling into the too complicated box for me.. but i did wonder if you could just tap into the cooling system somewhere else... also, the m's got a smaller radiator than the teg, so wasn't sure if it could cope. sorry for ramblin loving all of the awsomising that you're doing to the deck 1"£££$££"!!

well, either the new o ring for the dizzy or vtec solenoid gasket was the culprit for the phantom oil leak and not the head gasket... 2 weeks now leak free.. HURRAH!

Cheers Jamie - yes, they were the first ones I did. If you're thinking about it, make sure that you get bright LEDs, coz the first one I got were pretty dull and didn't show up the dials very well.

cheers for the knob love guys! had Tubs with the friendly neighbourhood Honda tech for a few bits and bobs... track rod end (so it goes where it's supposed to in corners... which is nice); new(ish) rear calipers so the handbrake (and rear brakes generally) work again; new wheel bearing (to stop the shocking grinding noise); also swapped the rear number plate for a carbon effect one to match the front, coz the GB one I got from Halfords 2 years ago was fading! such a sad sight to see a fading plate... looks tatty imo. stuck on a "motorsport" ( ) twin horn... still sounds cheerfull, just with more balls! and waiting for a new o-ring for the dizzy, coz it looks like that's where my slight oil leak's coming from... not the head gasket... PHEW! getting the basics sorted ready for some more fun....

looking sweet mate... good choice with those wheels too dunno how it'll b with the coilies, but I've got my front dampers set much firmer than the rear (konis)... massively helps with understeer
