Think the clutch plate is in wrong way tbh as the springs look straight and not concave in the picture zoomed in !! i think hard too tell... just look to flat... -
Would try bleeding by cylinder removal to make sure all the air is out, then think about your recent master install too to double check there. also clutch fork could be an issue if not correctly fitted release bearing also if not correct part check part numbers of clutch kit good luck sounds a frustrating issues

isolation rubbers came with my D2 coilovers standard and are different from oem ones perhaps not a fitment to BC,give them a call been thinking about the adjustment extensions for few yrs now so i can re screw my panels back !!- 883 replies

See if any ecu codes stored reset ecu and see if it sorts it keep eye on oil level

Them poly bushes look well f**k"d and only after 2 yrs should handle better now ! well i never-interesting the wider mb6 track ,by how much more ? Hardrace front compliance racingxs ? or USA or above SpeedEquib DB8 looks stunning

Wow looks a cracking neat job Jake,bit nervy doing them i reckon in case you went through the dampers !! i know just doing the forks i was sweating with fear.. should be even more weight on them front springs and should handle very very nicely.

Ground the pinch bolts when i done mine, bolt in drill and used a grinder to turn it down whilst bolt spinning in the drill

Uniroyal Rainsport 3's got them on the S, very good and good for wear and wet conditions Potenza S001 replacement for Re50 and are good also Potenza Adrenalin RE002s on the front of Mc2 very good also not as good as Conti2 but at the price very good. would like to try Nankang NS2r maybe next<track/road> on the S2000

Re-loosen cable do caliper adjustments with new disc now re-adjust cable

Need to adjust by rotating the pistons with a flat inserted in,do both sides of car to equal efficiency adjustments are done there and not cables. google it or is on here somewhere

Does the b20 have oil squirt on the mains thats why the b16 dont fit <i think>

About 10mm is the shortest with cutting the top of the forks as not interfere with the clamping, the pinch bolt need turning down also as so not to interfere and denting damper, turned my bolts down by putting the bolt in a drill and turning it on then using a grinder shaved some off whilst it was spinning. Did not want to weld on the damper though by moving the clamp for the gas expansion issues in doing so.

No mention of engine management also, its not going to run very well for the above reasons you really need to think it through before install
