    Have you bridged the service plug wrong pulley dizzy cam pick up 180 deg out<if thats possible> find tdc and mark your own tdc on pulley or ask someone else

    They put 17s on the 04,S2000"s <45"S front>for better stability over 16s there were stiffer suspension differences also, as with most of the M"s ie roll bar ,dampers, bushes and lowering.

    Only reason i would swap from 17s is the extra side wall for a smother ride, these roads nowadays are just s**t ........

    just loosened the rear screws a few turns ...that sorted it
