    EK4 arb won't fit, not 100% on the DC2 but don't think so.

    ^^^ This pretty much sums it up. 10w40 oil is what Honda recommend, 5w40 is an upgrade. I think with your mileage I would definitely stick with the 10w40. OEM dizzy cap and rotor are around the same price from John Banks on here as a blueprint or similar.
