    according to ling's EPC, did a lookup on a 1999 vti aerodeck, and a 1997 vti hatch, the illustrations look different, but they are both the same part number. it could be that the new bearing either has too many teeth, or not enough, it can only be a tooth out either way and it can make the abs think that a wheel is locking up.
