  1. Sounds like a good plan, are you going to polybush the suspension when it comes to replacing the worn bush?
  2. Yeah, just had my tax reminder drop through, 230 quid and I don't even get a bit of paper for it...
  3. Awesome, 10 spd box fitted! Can you shift from low to high on the move?
  4. Isn't there a mid spoiler on Facebook that would look right at home on your deck...
  5. bloody expensive trial and error, when doing it with decent quality tyres...
  6. I'm torn, love the look of 16" but round here, the roads are crap, you can't beat 15" for comfort, and good quality tyres do go a long way
  7. i'm sorry, it doesn't really bother me, i've not found it interesting for several years now, i prefer BTCC, which now have estates again! or for some real scary racing, BTRA, 5.5ton limit, 100mph limiters, water cooled brakes, 1000bhp + engine and proper 16spd gearboxes
  8. Impressive work, and well worth the effort to do it all

    Cops

only been pulled in the deck once, it was the Thursday before Japfest, and I wanted to get home and get to bed, as I was on lates, so was pushing speed limits, he started following me after I went round a bend another speed limit (it's quite a sharp sudden bend normally taken around 25) I did it at 30, what did it for him was that I took the next left, then right and then left again, had a quick chat what I was doing out at that time of night, advised me to take it easy going down south for the day after and told me to enjoy my self at Japfest. Only had to talk to coppers twice before that, one was after I hit a cyclist (2009), and then when I killed the astra by rolling it (2010)
  10. If the ecu can't find the lambda sensor, it will ignore the sensor, so if it is faulty, it will give the wrong signal to the ecu.

  12. According to the bible, (Haynes manual, max compression 13.0bar Min compression 9.5 bar Max difference 2.0 bar So it right on the limit, I'm assuming it was cold, it might be worth doing it hot.
  13. He has, he won't leave his post code, Japfest is right on his limit..
  14. I'm on 183000 miles at the moment, that's about 295000km
  15. On Bridgestone A001's all around, it grip in every thing, in the snow, to get it to slip, I had to really drive it like a tool, and the back end didn't want to let go unless i really persuaded it.
