  4. crank seal is behind the crank pulley, pull the engine apart as per doing a cambelt, then pull the pulley off the crank that the cambelt uses. it behind that, best way to pull that out is to screw a self tapping screw in to it and pull out using a set of pliers. getting the new one in it harder, coverit in oil, and tap in to place, with a small hammer, make sure it's fitted correctly. and reassemble. it's one of those job's it will be a bitch to do or it won't...

  6. Toyo's are a good brand along with khumo, the trick is to ask what make the tyre is and if you go WTF or LOL at the name don't get them

  9. Cos there different failure, brake pedal creep is air in the brake system, didnt you do something to the brakes? As for the abs light, the abs light should light up and then go out, if it stays on fail, if it doesn't come on at all fail as well, didn't you take the abs bulb out?

  12. yeah i did put a smear of grease on all of the contact part's of the pad (bar the friction material LOL) as for the wd40 on a disk, pmsl. when i did the mot course, we were shown some horror pics, one was a brake disk covered in copper grease to stop it squealing.....

  18. got mtec drilled and grooved on mine with ebc black stuff pads, i'm quite happy with them as a far as stopping goes, but after seeing what people have seen with there disk's, i'm gonna be keeping an eye on them, just wish i could sort out the brake squeal out i get when first apply the brakes, but i suspect that's down to the pad's.
