In the new year, I fancy a new car, and after much though (OK, not a lot to be honest), I quite fancy a Honda crv. There doesn't seem to be much info on them out there, but there one of the better soft readers out there. To be specific, I'm looking at the 2nd generation, 2002-06 years. I want an auto, the way I see it, I have an aerodeck to hoon(drive sensible) around in, eventually getting to the stage to rebuild it. And then a crv, for work duties and daily stuff. I believe these have a K20 fitted? And you can't seem to find a 2.4 version. The 2.2 diesel, it seems to be hit and miss, people going there the best diesel or the era, or horrible POS. can you get the 2.2 with an auto box? Is there anything else to look out for?

Went to a prelude, not as good as an aerodeck, but it's different.

The only cars that sell this time of year are 4x4s... -
Depending on what speed you cruse at, and if it's been serviced. Then yeah, 35 should be easy to get to

Hi, I had an automatic in one of my civics http://civic5.com/forum/topic/3726-d16-engine/#entry I found it to be average on fuel, in fact it's slightly more economical than my current vti aerodeck. Probably due to much vtec! You may find due to the extra weight of the deck over the hatch and the smaller engine ( 1.5 over 1.6 in mine) it may be worse on fuel, but to be honest these cars aren't the best cars in there class on fuel, but the auto box is probably one of the better ones of it era.

Deck or hatch? Vti I take it? -
And also are you parking on a road with a curb? If so, facing down hill, turn the steering fully to the left, and facing up hill, turn to the right, that way, should it roll, it'll roll in to a curb, not in to the road or another car.

Looks like a cracking example of a vtis aerodeck, rare old car now.

Oooo, this is gonna be good, I'm now rocking winter wheels, as much as I love the 16" the confort of 15" is brilliant.

I'd agree, but the 12miles at 10pm at night on a bike isn't fun. Nor at 3am in the morning....

That's my commute to work, I use any one of those three suggested routes. I really don't know how I do it...

and 20 days later, 197000miles....1000 miles in 20 days....how I don't actually know, not done no long journeys...
