    Yeah I remember the upper fork bolt being a nightmare on my EK. They are HSD's for an EK mate. Will get it finished tomorrow n then give my opinion lol. Well these may well be up for sale shortly mate!!

    It is mate yeah. But the t1R's I have will be going on refurbed originals. Not liking then tbh on the paint on them isn't great.

    Yeah that's what I'm hoping for mate. Yeah true, wasn't meaning to get a definitive answer. They were wound on nice n tight. Just wouldn't like to take them any further really.

    Exactly what I ended up doing mate. Just finished the rears and lost the light so had to stop. Holy moly she sits low!!! Like really low. Will crack on n do the fronts first thing and take her out for a test drive. BUT I have a horrible feeling she's gunna be too low for round my area.

    Yeah, didn't explain properly, the bolt is half in, at a horrible angel. Just got some spring clamps delivered though so crack on before I loose the light!!

    Hmmm so dry day. Started. Didn't think if need spring clamps for the rears. Rookie mistake. And because of the compression, I can't get the bolt back in either. Oops.

    Really feel for you matey. I know it's hard but keep positive and remember that everything is fixable!
