it might fit with the little modification. I think the strut tops are slightly off/twisted more. I could be wrong though

mate that'll be fine. all the water would do Is slowly put a layer of corrosion on the bare wire. I wont stop it from working being wet. but if you want a permanent fix get a proper connector as said above
-
yes mate

@willwroe if you put the fan onto the windscreen. then put the fan on hot and onto number 4 speed once up to temp you should get some hot air coming up onto windscreen. but it sounds to me that the flaps inside aren't moving
-
ah should be an easy fix. that'll be a new heater resistor if the fan doesn't work on all settings
-
have you tried the fans on all settings and the blower works? also have you tried the blowers on all settings, ie feet, windscreen, face etc. I had the same problem with mine only blowing out cold air from the centre vents. turns out the cable wasn't turning properly and one of the flaps wasn't turning enough. best thing to do is to remove your heater box from behind your glovebox. then test the switches/ dials to see if the flaps are moving properly
-
If you were closer I would've came and helped man. Didn't take me long to do mine. Plus I got mine from honda. Only replaced 2 bearings
