Roj
Looks like this Deck wont be staying stock for long. Glad you're back on your feet mate! Silicon lube might help with the catch!Looks alright in the pictures!Symptoms with the revs you describe is hunting. Was it still doing it when you got back home? I think you said it had been stood for a whole before? If so it may sort itself out with some more use or there's a leak somewhere on the inlet side, vacuum pipe maybe? See how you get on first! Yeah my EU7 started rev hunting after the hose clamps on the induction kit started loosening up and causing leaks. Replaced them with better ones and the problem went away instantly. NIKH25
Wow, that's some list chap, I'm looking forward to watching this develop. It looks like a good base for your project and a great price.
vtec2011
Thanks chaps! I been quite busy today. Clean the throttle, clean the IACV and now idles spot on at 750rpm. It was proper manky in the inlet system and I have removed the panel air filter as it was black! Still has a sticky throttle but I will sort that out at work tomorrow I then gave it a good polish up and took some decent photos... And this have to be my favorite photo

NIKH25
Looking better already and the rust shouldn't be too hard to chop out.
simpo
As above that rust isn't that bad you might be able to grind it back. Just looks like surface rust from paint loss
