  1. It seems to be about 4 or 5 mm thick... Thought that was what you were after 300x300 seems like it might be about enough
  2. Cheers bud... You know, i really can't remember, but it was a good few mill thick. I'll see if I can check without needing to do yoga in the morning.
  3. Vid and thoughts on the results on this page http://civic5.com/forum/topic/1401-dr-broons-vti-deck/page-9
  4. A while back someone was looking into using a different blower motor... Not sure who it was though. Maybe @Didjeridave?
  5. Thought I'd posted on this before but must have failed. I've got a final drive out of a dc2 type r in my s9, and a fifth gear set from an integra ls which is the longest 5th for the b series... Have a spy at my project
  6. Think these are the ones that I was thinking about.. Guess they're the same as what you've seen ali? http://funkypower.co.uk/catalogue.php?make=Honda&model=CIVIC&year=1992-95+CIVIC&level1=SUSPENSION+%26+STABILITY&level2=CAMBER+CORRECTION+KITS&level3=&id_product=5483
  7. That sucks! Even worse than my m factory lower ball joints.. At least they saw the warranty period out (wish they hadn't on some ways though). Is it the skunk 2 ones where you can get an upgraded upper joint?
  8. Haven't checked, but Google team m factory... They do loads of honda gear parts
  9. Hard to tell, but from that angle looks like it might work... Don't normally like that sort of thing though.
  10. Looking good... And nice car plan product placement
  11. True, that's what I hoped... I'll see how well these moog ones last, have read good things about their parts when looking into ball joints
  12. Just picked the car up after getting the ball joints done, and have to say, although it's nicer not having one that feels like it's wandering around a bit, it definitely felt more planted with the extended ball joints... Still, it seems like my car goes through them so quick I've got to see them as a service part, and can't be forking out over a hundred quid each time.
  13. I worked my way through a pack of wet and dry when i did it, just fell a bit short on the polishing i reckon... Was doing it by hand though
  14. Looks like i just need to get busy with the polishing again then To be honest I never quite finished it off and although it was nice and shiny it was never properly smooth.
  15. Yes, definitely keep us posted on how you get on
