    Yes, I think so, first port of call would probably be a 4 wheel alignment. Are the shocks and springs matched to your car, maybe under/overcompressed.

    I think that pretty much covers it, the only other thing I can think of is the roof gutters sometimes get blocked but thats usually in conjunction with the windscreen seals, worth a look though.

    Awesome. Personally I'd go 5 stud hubs to give you more scope when upgrading the brakes.

    It would definitely be good if this could be tried out, as far as I'm aware the ZS120 shocks are not uprated or shorter than ours and I would think you would be swapping like for like. I think you're right about the springs though as the weight of the 120 engine and B18 should be fairly close but if I'm right that the 180 shocks are shorter than 120 then the springs will be overcompressed. We need a willing guinea pig to trial different setups and get a definitive answer.

    Again just the 180 afaik. Around 4mm thicker than the MB6 and better drop links too.
