  1. I have a look now as I cannot stand the crappy Edge speakers I got in my car!
  2. Some serious stuff then! C20let engine from a Vauxhall Calibra I guess? I have 501 led sidelight bulbs on mine. They are not quite blue as yours though...
  3. Some nice shots you taken there! Are they blue LED sidelights or are they main bulbs blue? Oh and about the Corsa, I don't think it looks too bad! Could be worse, could have a massive aeroplane wing on the rear, 20" wheels with oversized chavy body kit lol
  4. Maybe... Being a 180 2.5 V6 which is heavier than my MB3, the spring rates and shocks are different, which is going to make my car higher right?
  5. It should be on tomorrow when I do it at work! So much easier doing it on ramps and got a all the tools to get it fitted properly. No I didn't! One side skirt was cracked because the car was on it's side and I couldn't take the ARB off because the drop link bolts were rounded off! If I had a grinder or saw in hand, I would've had it straight away. Hopefully it's still there when I go back on Saturday!
  6. The back box is on, but not connected... The hangers line up with all 3 brackets perfect and sits in the rear VTi-S lip perfect too, so that's a bonus! But the holes on the flange (I know what your dirty minds are thinking) are too small. So the bolts don't go through straight between the 2 flanges, if that makes sense? So I will just drill the holes bigger Sh*tbox to stunner...
  7. YES! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GUN-METAL-GREY-400ML-PLASTI-DIP-RUBBER-PAINT-SPRAY-AEROSOL-CAN-PLASTIDIP-/181221038546?pt=UK_Body_Shop_Supplies_Paint&hash=item2a319d99d2
  8. Just looking on Youtube, I didn't know people mainly use it for wheels. I wonder if it's possible to get gun metal plasti-dip for my alloys?
  9. Went scrappy to get a couple rear light bulb terminals to do the JDM light mod, but then this MGZS 180 caught my eyes! First thing I saw was the back-box as the car was on it's side. LongLife stainless steel with a 3.5" or 4" tip (Bargain for 8 quid!). Hopefully it will go on my MB3 with a bit of effort but has anyone fit one on their MB? If so, is there anything I have to do to make it fit? Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks for reading Oh yeah, I still didn't pick up light bulb terminals. Shows how easily I can be distracted
  10. Looking sweet as... How long did it take you to respray the wheels? I'm getting ready to refurbish mine
  11. Mmm.. that's quite a good idea! I might consider plasti-dipping my wheels
  12. NICE!! I seen that plasti-dip before. I was going to buy the stuff but I don't know how well it holds
  13. Well, that escalated quickly... I wasn't expecting that at all So whats next? A red MB6
  14. The B16 are just as fast as the B18's. Infact, the B16 has more bottom end torque but the B18's are more aggressive at top end I read it up somewhere on one of the forums
  15. Ooo I have to get myself one of those stickers Oh yeah I got those red LED's coming
  16. Looking a million times better! How did the old door cards get like that though? I got to get the roof liner sorted in mine too, hopefully have black carpet instead of plain boring grey...
  17. Looking a lot better mate! I really like the black theme going on here What gearbox are you fitting? Same as the original?
  18. That is some serious kit on 'the list' That Kenwood headunit looks really nice! I got a set of JL Audio VR 6.5" speakers to go in the doors but they are a tad too big
  19. As soon as I saw the pictures, I felt like throwing-up a rainbow.... Stunning mate, simply stunning
  20. You're doing all the stuff I will be doing soon! I think the rear badge doesn't look too bad, a bit too bright for my liking but then... look at my calipers Oh and for the rear chrome strip, get it resprayed ASAP!
  21. A VTi lip is always a must for our M's and of course lowering it (shame I have to wait another bloody year to lower my MB3!) I say 40mm is a good drop, not too low or too high but like what ^^NIck^^ has suggested, it depends on how practical you need it! Can't wait for some photos
  22. If you liked the car, that's all what matters...
