I'd have sent the original, could still drive it without one! The gaiter on mine for the EK, it's not an OEM fit but it isn't anything like how yours has ended up -

You have to draw the line somewhere and it sounds like it needs more than it's worth. If I had known the extent I'd have to go with mine I wouldn't have bothered. But it's taught me so much, that makes it worth every swear word, the blood and sweat that's gone into it so far

It's not a massive expense either! Probably cheaper to do a weekend at the ring than in the UK!

I've noticed the heat so take it as normal, probably worth changing the gearbox oil, can't hurt anyway! Sounds like the car has had a good workout!

Wow! I only pay half that on my MB6 for the year!That's different with the headlights! Will see how they look fitted before I decide if I like them or not! -
Looks sweet now! I changed mine again while it's been on the stands! See how it feels when it's back on the ground!

Yeah I think that was it, got them off and rotate the disk and back on no problem! Also means I have my own impact driver now as I've needed one a few times now and my brothers isn't that good, the bits just fall out of his!

Good call, if it's sticking open a little it might be enough to stop it kicking in. Not fun when it's cold out!
