  1. Dude you should contact Rochford Tyres / Alloywheels.com. They got loads of Lenso, and atleast used to have many 114 options (including rs5) i used to drool over their website a lot, bought my League winter wheels from there as well. I'd look the Rs5 up for you but for some reason their site's not working properly at the moment but check them out!
  2. Ah man i would love a full leather interior. But i already have rails for recaros (for about 3 years now! ) and i'm just waiting for the perfect set of seats to head my way... got any for sale???
  3. This the one we got: http://www.karcher.com/int/Products/Home__Garden/Pressure_washers/Products/11686040.htm?&cralt=16733000,16733040,16733050,16733070,16731210,16731230,16731240,16731300,16732200,16732230,16732250,16732280,11803100,11803130,11803150,11806600,11806630,16373100,16373120,16373150,11801500,11801550,11801580,11801600,11813130,11813160,11813170,11812600,11812620,16307200,16307230,16307240,16307260,11806330,11806360,11806370,11686040,11686070,11686080,11681730,11681740,14470020,14470030,14470040,11685020,11685050,11685030 It didn't say that "The dirt blaster with rotating pencil jet efficiently removes stubborn dirt" also removes paint! . But i'm pretty sure i got all the road salt off as well so mission accomplished . Well i think next time i'll just stick to the normal spray lance.
  4. Why couldn't you? You can get them with a double fitment 4 x 100 / 4 x 114.3 . Great looking wheels btw, thought about buying the same ones at one point!
  5. No it's normal one from a supermarket, just a brand new one. Well i got luck since they were just placing their order to the factory as i made the call, so should be here next week. Yeah hope so too. Keeping my fingers crossed! They are stiffer, normally the EG6 set comes with 10/6kg springs but i asked for stronger ones, track days in mind. Cool thing was it didn't cost any extra.
  6. Maybe half a meter? Not any closer than usually, but you know how you move around sometimes the jet gets closer etc...
  7. Thanks for the comments. This year started with a proper wash & wax: Photos don't do (in)justice to how filthy she really was... Luckily we had a brand new Kärcher Pro pressure washer at work! Unfortunately it was a bit more powerful than what i was used to: Gotta learn to be more careful from now on . But i guess that also says something about the notoriously thin Honda paintcoat, and also in this case the quality of this particular deck's paintcoat. Like you can see from the photo above, there are tiny rust bubbles visible which no doubt did their fair share of preparation for the paint removal. Once fully clean i found other spots like this, in the rear arches and above the windshield as well. Sooner than later i'll have to tackle that subject properly, but for now a little touch-up will do. After that, 6 hours of wax on wax off and i'm pretty satiestied with my efforts: In 20 minutes a local tuning store Mamasan will open so i'll give them a call and place an order for EG6 BC Racing coilovers . It took quite a long time to decide between them and MeisterR's, some conversation about the subject can be found here but in the end what made the deal was that i can get a 30 day trial period from Mamasan with a 100% refund if i'm not satisfied, so i guess i don't have much to lose! Should take a few weeks before they arrive, so until then...
  8. Good work, man. Very interesting build, keep it up.
  9. My vote went for aerodeck1988 because of... e-z lip!
  10. Yeah i think i'll do that, i guess i don't have much to lose? Just some time underneath the car and isn't that the best part of this thing
  11. Here you go bro: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Civic-Aerodeck-MC2-1-8-VTi-1998-2001-Braided-Brake-Lines-by-HEL-/231359104155?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item35de13c49b
  12. Nice one, great color! But what's that extra front lip you got? I think i want one..
  13. Whatever makes driving fun, man! I still remember the first time i hit vtec after fitting a hi-flow intake... i just started laughing! It was so mad. But add in a proper exhaust and THEN we're talking about loud .
  14. Yeah good idea, it might be worth the effort, since i'm hoping that either way i go this will be the last set of coils i buy for the deck.
  15. Yes that's something i'm concerned about. I like to roll low and i know i can for sure slam the deck with the bc's, the question is can i get it high enough for snowboarding trips etc. when i need the extra cleareance. But like you said luckily i can try them and return them if they're not good.
  16. I want the best coils for my MC2 money can buy. I've narrowed down the search to MeisterR Zeta-S and BC Racing BR but just can't decide on which one to choose. So in my usual way, i made a list of pros & cons to help me decide: MeisterR + EVERYBODY at Civic5 recommends them + Designed specifically for M-civics - only 1 year warranty - costs a bit more (even with the club discount) BC Racing + Everybody in Finland, including the Honda crowd, recommends them + Can choose spring strength at no extra cost + 2 year warranty + supplier just a 15 min drive from my house, and offers a free 30 day trial period with 100% refund if not satisfied - Not designed for M's, allthough the EG6 set should be a straight fit I always thought i'd get Meisters eventually but now that it's time to buy and i started looking into other options as well, it seems for me that the scales have tipped towards BC. Especially the 2 year warranty vs. Meister's 1 feel like a big difference. BUT still i feel like i should buy Meisters. And Naz who's had both on his deck recommends Meister. I don't know... what are your thoughts?
  17. Yes i think it's time for that. But to get the most out of it maybe i'll change the intake mani first... or maybe even the cams & springs... then i'd also need a flue pressure regulator... and... and...
  18. So here's what i did last year: Mods Rear aero wiper KV85 Magencor spark plug leads Skunk2 cam gears Non-EU license plates Tegiwa 4-2-1 exhaust manifold Martelius 2.5" sports cat Martelius 2.25" custom stainless exhaust Magnaflow double barrel backbox Rear arches rolled Tegiwa radiator HEL braided brake hoses Brake depot grooved discs Ferodo DS2500 pads Motul RBF600 fluid Password:JDM magnetic oil drain plug Block heater plug relocation Repairs / maintenance Distributor cap & rotor Spark plugs Fuel filter Right rear wheel bearing Cambelt, waterpump etc. auxiliaries Coolant 2 x oilchange Headlight refurb Right rear abs sensor I didn't even remember how much i had done until reading through this years posts on this thread! I'm pretty satisfied, getting the brakes & exhaust fully done are 2 big things off my secret "final build sheet" . Shame that the new winter wheels didn't fit, i still might buy a set if i can afford it after getting new coils... that's next on my list. What else for 2015? Haven't decided yet. I plan to get loads of track days in, in preparation for a possible entry in the 2016 Finnish Time Attack series club class. Now that i got my exhaust done and adjustable cam gears, maybe it's worth it to invest in other go-fast parts as well... or perhaps a Hondata S300? We'll see! Happy new year bros.
