    Sounds like a good chap to know. If you can afford to go for coilovers, definitely do it, MGZS180 is a great upgrade but coilovers are a world away. I don't think EK fits, different mountings.

    Nice job on the lights, well light anyway. Those dials won't fit, try these: http://moman.eu/honda-civic-1995-2000-5d,52,144.html Highly recommended, easy to fit without removing needles. Might be able to find them cheaper though.

    Sounds like you may have a little air left in there but if the temps fine I wouldn't worry too much. There's a good how to on here for bleeding the system.
