    Recommended service intervals depending on age, earlier cars (96-98) 9,000 miles, later cars (99 -01) 12,000 miles or annually but as Tom said Hondas love fresh oil, I change mine every 3,000 miles or 6 months. Timing belt is 72,000 miles or 5 years but if you don't know when it was last done get it sorted asap.

    Nice clean car and very low miles too, sooo much nicer than a mk3 golf. S3 looks mint, very tasty.

    Interesting brake upgrades. MB looks perfect on 16s IMO, 17's look good but you may need to roll the arches.
